बच्चा स्कूल और देश व् वोट

स्कूल मंत्रियों अमीरों के नही होंगे सरकारी होंगे नही तो स्कूलों पर अधिकार सरकार का न की उसे बनाने या चलाने बाले का क्योकि हर बच्चा देश की शक्ति उसका वोट है
बच्चा खराब हुआ वोट खराब हुआ देश खराब हुआ क्रांति युद्ध और अपराध! उपाय मात्र टीचर बनो नेता नही स्वराज पावर जनता को देता है नेता केवल सेवक संसद गम्भीर बनेगी।

आजादी

लोगो का लोगो के दुवारा लोगो के लिए हम चाहे दुनिया का कितना भी अच्छा संबिधान बना ले यदि उसे अमल में लाने बाले लोग जबतक नही होंगे बेकार ही रहेगा।
एक वोट एक व्यक्ति की समस्या जबतक दूर नही होगी लोकतंत्र अधुरा रहेगा इसलिए आवाज उठती रहेगी आजादी की
क्योकि हो सकता कुछ लोगो का राजनीती में बने रहना पेशा बन जाए और लोकसभा विधानसभा राज्यसभा मंत्रीमण्डल के जीवन को वो अपना जीवन समझने लगे उसके बिना जीना उन्हें ठीक वैसा लगे जैसे की मछली को पानी के बिना इससे इससे सम्बिधान ओर लोकतंत्र को खतरा हो जाता है हर 60 बर्ष के बाद।

CARPET AREA, BUILTUP AREA, SUPER BUILT UP AREA

 I know there are 3 things, CARPET AREA, BUILTUP AREA, SUPER BUILT UP AREA. No idea about TOTAL BUILTUP AREA.
So lets see what are these?

Carpet Area is the area enclosed within the walls, actual area to lay the carpet. This area does not include the thickness of the inner walls. It is the actual used area of an apartment.

Built up Area is the carpet area plus the thickness of outer walls and the balcony.

Super Built Up Area is the built up area plus proportionate area of common areas such as the lobby, lifts shaft, stairs, etc. Sometimes it may also include the common areas such, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, etc.

Generally CARPET AREA is around (70 to 80)% of SUPER BUILT UP AREA. But note that this percentage varies from project to project and builder to builder.

Payment is made on "SUPER BUILT UP AREA".

Now the calculation : Lets take your example, if CARPET AREA is 600 sq ft. What would be SUPER BUILT UP AREA?
Lets assume the ratio is 75:25.
Means CARPET AREA is 75% of SUPER BUILT UP AREA.

SUPER BUILT UP AREA = 600 + 25% of 600 = 600 + 150 = 750 SQ FT

So the payment will be made on 750 sqft not 600 sq ft.
