दूध में उफान आता है चाय में भी उफान आता है यदि काली चाय बनाई जाए तो उफान नही आता पानी गर्म करते समय भी उफान नही आता आखिर क्यों ऐसा होता है?
1- दूध का घनत्व( 1028–1035 kg/m3) है
2- दूध डालने पर आयनों की संख्या ज्यादा होती है
3- दाल भी उफनाती है
उफनाने को कहें की 9.8मीटर प्रति सेकंड के त्वरण के विपरीत प्रभाव दिखाना।
किसी गैस का घनत्व इतना बढ़ा दिया जाए तो फिर उसे प्रज्वलित किया जाए तो और अधिक मात्रा में 9.8मीटर प्रति सेकंड के त्वरण के विपरीत प्रभाव दिखाना ।
